What is the difference between your various barbell finishes?
We offer several finishes including Cerakote for maximum corrosion resistance, Stainless Steel for a natural feel and high durability, and Hard Chrome for a classic, industrial-strength surface.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like racks and plates?
Standard processing takes 2-4 business days. Large freight items like power racks and bumper plate sets typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Do you offer a warranty on your bars and weight plates?
Yes, most of our American-made barbells come with a limited lifetime warranty against bending. Our urethane plates feature a multi-year warranty against breakage under normal use conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders enter our fulfillment system immediately. You can request a change within 2 hours of placement; however, once an item has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled.
What is your return policy for gym equipment?
We accept returns on unused equipment in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
Do you provide installation services for home or commercial gyms?
While we do not provide direct installation, we can recommend certified third-party installers in your area for complex setups like rack systems and flooring.
